Upgrade Estate is a family-owned company founded in 1999 by the couple Nele Van Damme and Koenraad Belsack. We distinguish ourselves through our expertise in developing and managing sustainable housing for three groups: students through Upkot, young professionals through Upliving, and companies through Upoffiz.
What defines us is our strong focus on social connection, ecological sustainability, and innovative living and working concepts. We create places where people feel at home, meet one another, and grow together. And we do this in many different ways.
