After a minimum term of 3 years following the completion of your investment project, you can exit. You have several options:
- You can have your investment bought back by Upgrade Estate.
- You can sell your investment to third parties.

- 5. What is the targeted distribution of Flow Upkot?
Those who invest are rewarded during the first two years with an initial result in the form of a commercial discount of 2,3% (in October 2027 and October 2028). After that, the investment evolves into the familiar distribution system, with a targeted annual net distribution of 2,3% from October 2029.
- 6. How sustainable is the Flow Upkot project?
Sustainability is central to Flow Upkot. We're going considerably further in developing and applying green technologies, with respect for the historic character of the site. It will be a gas-free building with heat pumps, solar panels, a type-D ventilation system, rainwater recovery, the integration of timber construction, upcycling and the greening of the outdoor areas.
In this way we are building a project that meets the expectations of the next generation.- 7. When will Flow Upkot be completed?
Flow Upkot is scheduled for completion in 2028.
