"As a family business, we have been accommodating students and young professionals for 18 years. The main pillars of our company are integral management of our realizations, the creation of social value and a sharp innovative spirit, and we attach great importance to connectivity and connecting people. Our product is an all-in-one concept with social sustainability as the core element.The academic year as a cyclic process and how this is experienced by the student are at least as important as the final product.
With 'Limoengroen' we have been guaranteeing green energy and sustainable technologies since the first large-scale student project in Ghent was completed in 2010. The 'Kotkip' literally and figuratively sensitizes the students in every building. Stimulating and perpetuating ecological awareness among the end users is crucial for a future-proof and green social story.
Furthermore, our business processes, rental process and communication in this area have already been automated to a large extent. The rapidly evolving technologies ensure that this is a permanent assignment for every company with which the difference can be made. "Being along" with these changes and also regularly at the helm of these changes, is what counts. Innovation is a matter for everyone and starts from our employees. Our tenants on the other hand communicate with each other and the housing coach via Facebook groups.
We organize webinars for customers and other stakeholders to inform them and launch new projects. Newsletters have now been replaced by news videos while VR-tours have become standard.
Becoming a pioneer and innovator is one thing, staying and determining the flow is something else. That is why we made an inspiring tech trip to China with Nexxworks to find out how we can do possibly even better. We continue to reinvent ourselves as a company day in and day out. Innovation should be qualitative, relevant and lively as a matter for all employees. Profit and social-ecological sustainability are of equal value to us.
