How does an investment work?

It is very simple: you participate in the project Wing Upkot from €110,000. Upgrade Estate builds and takes care of the rental and management of your project. In short, we take over from you all the inconveniences of a traditional real estate investment. This with an absolute focus on both investors and tenants.

The project's rental income, after deducting costs, forms the basis of your net distribution. The result is distributed to all investors on a percentage basis according to their contribution.

At Wing Upkot, we started excavation work and installation of berliner walls. Spring drainage will also be started soon. This is the process of pumping groundwater from the soil at various places and draining it through a pipeline to locally and temporarily lower the water table.
