If you choose our movable investment formula, you will participate in one of our investment projects starting at €110.000. Upgrade Estate builds and takes care of the rental and management of your investment project, so you don't have to worry about a thing.
The rental income forms the basis of your net annual payment, after deduction of costs. The result is distributed proportionally among all investors based on their contribution.
In addition to the annual payment, you will also receive potential added value when the investment is sold. So you can enjoy it without any worries!
Real estate investment formula
If you choose our property investment formula, you will become the owner of an individual room in one of our completed projects. Upgrade Estate has built the projects and will subsequently take care of the letting and management of your student room, so you don't have to worry about a thing.
The rental income is paid directly into your account each month, placing you in a traditional co-ownership situation, similar to purchasing a traditional property investment.
Upon sale, you will receive not only the monthly rental income but also the potential added value of your individual room.
